How This Approach Evolved
Much of my work has been shaped by conversations with thoughtful, capable people navigating full lives.
Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: most people weren’t looking for more information or pressure. They needed space to slow things down to make sense of all they’re juggling, gain clarity, and move forward with more ease.
Throughout my coaching career, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients based in the U.S. and abroad and across many professions and backgrounds. I began to see that behavior change was rarely just about habits — it was about how different parts of life fit together and influence one another. As my coaching evolved, this perspective deepened.
Across hundreds of clients and thousands of coaching hours, I’ve seen that meaningful change is rarely driven by pressure, perfection, or having the “right” answers. It tends to emerge more gradually — through reflection, awareness, and small shifts that feel realistic within the context of a person’s life.
This understanding became the foundation for Clear Thread Coaching: that even within complexity, there is often a clearer thread worth noticing and following.

My work continues to be shaped by ongoing education, peer-mentoring, and collaboration across coaching settings.

A bit about me
Outside of coaching, I spend as much time outdoors as I can — biking, hiking, and running — and I also enjoy digging into a good book.
I’m a parent, which continues to shape my understanding of how layered and full life can feel, even in seasons that appear steady from the outside.
We share our home with two cats, though I’m still the kind of person who wants to make friends with every dog I meet.
