Steady foundations: 3-month new client coaching · $750

A supportive beginning for creating space, clarifying what matters, and building sustainable changes that fit your real life.

  • Initial Session — 50 minutes

  • Four Coaching Sessions — 40 minutes each with a post-session summary, approximately every two weeks

  • Integration Session — 40 minutes, approximately four weeks after your last biweekly session

  • Weekly check-in with brief coaching support by message

  • Steady Forward support following the Integration Session

The rhythm of Steady Foundations gives you space to explore what's getting in the way, identify what matters most, experiment with new approaches, and begin building changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

The final Integration Session provides an opportunity to step back, reflect on what you've learned, and prepare for the transition beyond regular coaching.

Steady forward: included with every coaching package

The transition out of regular coaching can be an important part of the work. Rather than ending abruptly, every coaching engagement includes three months of Steady Forward support.

For three months after your scheduled coaching sessions conclude, you'll receive:

  • A monthly check-in and brief coaching support by message

  • A 40-minute Steady Forward Session at the three-month mark

This gives you space to put your work into practice with continued accountability, reflect on what's changing, and consider what you need next.

Steady Forward is included with your coaching package at no additional cost. If you choose to continue coaching during this period, the value of your included Steady Forward Session will be applied toward your new coaching engagement.

Steady practice: continuing coaching

Sometimes, an initial coaching experience opens the door to work you'd like to continue exploring. Steady Practice offers ongoing coaching for clients who want continued space to reflect, navigate change, and stay connected to what matters.

A final note

Life happens. When vacation, unexpected life events, or other circumstances make it difficult to follow the original timeline, your coaching schedule may be extended by up to one month.

You don't have to decide at the beginning how long you'd like to continue coaching. The goal isn't to create dependence, but to provide the support and space that are most helpful to you right now. As things change, we can adjust the rhythm of our work together—or create space for you to continue on your own.

Custom packages are also available to accommodate the goals and needs of returning clients.

Coaching can also be something you return to at different seasons of life. Clients returning after a break of six months or more are welcome to schedule a complimentary 30-minute check-in to reconnect, consider what has changed, and explore whether coaching would be helpful.
